Invalid unlock code message when installing purchased NASB version

Hi and God Bless you all.

Just a couple of days ago I downloaded the latest version of OLB (2.95), and purchased the NASB bible version. This morning I installed the new OLB version, rebooted and then attempted to install the NASB.

When it got to the window where you add the OLB supplied user name and access code, I put them in from the email that I received with the download, and rather than unlocking the version it gives me an error message stating that the I have an invalid unlock code.

I have tried this several times with the same results. I even rebooted and tried again, with the same results. I really need some help here as our church only uses the NASB for teachings and I need to be able to have this version installed.

Thanks in advance for any and all help....
Roger

Has anyone had this issue before?
I really need to get this installed and there doesn't seem to be any other avenue for support outside of this forum.
I found nothing on it in any of the FAQ's.
Is there anywhere else that I can go for help with this?

Thanks again,
Roger

OK, this is beginning to get a bit furstrating. This seems to be the only place to get help these days, but no one seems to have anything to say on this issue.

I have paid for the NASB bible version and simply can not get it installed. I completely removed the OLB from my computer, then rebooted and cleaned the registry. Then when I went to install the 2.95 version it needed info from an older version, so I had to install the 1999 version, and then reinstall 2.95.

Now I still have the same issue with the NASB bible version. When I install it, it gets to the unlock code page, I put in the supplied user name (16 digit number) then the 6 digit code, and it comes back and tells me it is an invalid code.

What's up with this? Someone here has to have run into this before and found a way to correct the issue.
Please, I need to get this installed as it is the official version for my church.

Thanks again, for any and all help that anyone out there can give.

Roger,

First there is tan offical Forum located at www.onlinebible.net.

Roger when inputting your name make sure that they have it spelled the same way as you normally would spell it.

You must spell your name EXACTLY as it is on the unlock code email that you received. If it is listed all as small letters or all Cap
you must enter your name exactly the same. If you purchased the unlock codes from Cross Country Software then you should email them with your issue. I know that it is no help to you, but in myalmost 20 years I have never had a none working unlock code.

Also, you should not need to install an older copy if you have a newer CD. Installing the 1999 Version maybe causing you the problem. If your old CD was prior to Verion 1.1 then you will need to uninstall Online BIble, deleate the Bible folder from My Documents and Program Files.

Any Versions prior to Version 1.1 are not compatable with Version 2.95. Thast would be like installing WIndows 95 on top of Vista, not a good thing to do. Please let me know if this helps.

In Christ,

Mike Holliday
